We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Hambledon. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to initiate your request and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
